1. These terms

These terms of use govern your use and access to our services, including our website(s), our application(s), our application programming interfaces (APIs), our notifications and any information or content appearing therein (collectively our "Platform"). By using our Platform, you agree to these terms regardless of whether you are a paying user or a non-paying visitor. If you are using our Platform as a representative of an entity, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of that entity.

2. About us and how to contact us

We are LiveMore Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore, trading as LiveMore. Our Unique Entity Number is 201729234D and our registered office is at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914. For any questions or problems relating to our Platform, our products or services, or these terms, you can contact us by emailing contact@livemore.app.

3. Changes to terms

We may amend these terms from time to time by posting the updated terms on our Platform. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they become effective. By continuing to use our Platform after the changes come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

4. Availability of our services

We are constantly changing and improving our Platform. We may from time to time change or discontinue any of the products or services we offer, or add or remove functionalities or features. We reserve the right to limit your use of our Platform, including the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are in breach of these terms or are misusing our Platform.

5. Your account and password

In registering for an account on our Platform, you must provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information about yourself. You must keep your password secure and confidential. You agree not to share your account credentials or give others access to your account. You are responsible for all actions or activities that occur by, through or under your account, unless you report misuse.

6. Use of the Platform

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including privacy laws and intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to access and use our Platform for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of our Platform as provided by us and in the manner permitted by these terms.

7. Your rights

You retain your rights to any information or content you submit, post or display on or through the Platform. By submitting or posting such content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence (with the right to sublicense) to use, process, copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media, subject to applicable provisions in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our rights

All intellectual property rights subsisting in the Platform or the products or services we provide belong to us or have been lawfully licensed to us. You must not upload, post, publish, reproduce, transmit or distribute any content or component of our Platform in any way, or create any derivative works with respect to any such content or component. Our name "LiveMore" and our marks and logos are our trade marks and may not be used without our express prior written consent.

9. Feedback

We value and welcome feedback on our Platform. You agree that we are free to use, disclose, adopt and/or modify any feedback and any information provided by you to us in connection with our Platform or any products or services we offer, without any payment to you.

10. Limitation on liabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide the Platform and any products or services we offer on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and your access to or use of our Platform is at your own risk. We give no assurance, representation or warranty of any kind about the Platform and any products or services we provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our entities are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, business, opportunities, reputation, profits or revenues, relating to the use of our Platform.

11. Medical disclaimer

LiveMore is a provider of online and mobile content in the wellness space. We are not a healthcare or medical device provider, nor should the information provided via our Platform be considered medical advice. Only your physician or other healthcare provider can provide medical advice. LiveMore makes no claims, representations or guarantees that information provided via our Platform provides a physical or therapeutic benefit.

12. Your representation

Our Platform is not intended for and may not be used by minors. By using our Platform, you represent that you are an adult and that you are able to legally enter into contractual agreements.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold our entities harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, claims, costs (including legal fees and costs), and expenses in connection with or arising from your breach of these terms, your use of our Platform, and/or any misrepresentation made by you.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time by deactivating your account by emailing contact@livemore.app. We guarantee the deletion of your account and associated data within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of the Republic of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

As part of the terms of use, you agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use our Platform for unlawful or unauthorised purposes
  • Re-sell or attempt to benefit commercially from any data, content or information available on the Platform
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
  • Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures
  • Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform or any related technology
  • Send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam
  • Post or share materials that are unlawful, inappropriate, pornographic, defamatory, abusive, or knowingly false
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations in any way
  • Violate the privacy or infringe the rights of others

LiveMore respects your concerns about privacy and values the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices and rights you have. LiveMore Pte. 1. Data we collect

Technical information

Certain technical information is collected as a standard part of your use of our services, including your IP address, access times, the website you linked from, pages you visit, and other such technical information your browser provides us with.

Information you provide us

To create an account, you need to provide data including your email address. You may also create a LiveMore profile with optional information such as gender, date of birth, and country of residence.

Data from other sources

We may obtain certain personal data from list rental companies and other publicly available sources, in accordance with applicable laws. You can also log in using sign-in services such as Google Sign-in.

2. Purposes of processing

LiveMore processes your personal data to: (a) provide the products and services you have requested; (b) develop and improve our products and services; (c) communicate with you and for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law; and (d) personalise our offerings and provide you with more relevant services.

3. Transfers of your personal data

We may share your personal data within LiveMore Pte. Ltd. group companies and with authorised third parties who process personal data on our behalf. Our website and database are stored on Google Cloud, which is GDPR compliant. For international transfers, we generally rely on agreements based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Data concerning minors

LiveMore does not seek to collect information from or engage in transactions with persons under the legal age in their respective country. We reserve the right to block the service from any person we reasonably suspect of being a minor.

5. Data quality and retention

We take reasonable steps to keep the personal data we possess accurate and up-to-date. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies.

6. Data security

LiveMore implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to prevent and minimise risks associated with providing and processing personal data, including firewalls, physical access controls to our data centres, and information access authorisation controls.

7. Cookies

From time to time when you visit a LiveMore website, cookies may be placed on your computer to recognise your browser. Our use of cookies is intended to provide benefits to you, such as eliminating the need to re-enter your password during a session. Cookies are also used for website traffic analysis and profiling. If you wish to disable cookies, you may do so in your browser settings, or decline analytics cookies via the banner on this site.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at dpo@livemore.app.
